A warm welcome sets the tone at this pub-style accommodation, with attentive staff and nicely presented food, including delicious cooked eggs at breakfast. the room design resembles a basic portacabin, lacking quality fittings, and the dining experience fell short due to cold temperatures in the restaurant and subpar meal quality. insufficient drying facilities for wet gear after walking left much to be desired.

The stay was quite enjoyable overall, especially with the spacious family room and ample amenities. The service was warm, and we appreciated the large children's play area that kept the kids entertained. The location was perfect for our visit to nearby attractions, making it a convenient base for our family trip. the room cleanliness could have been better and there were issues with the breakfast options being somewhat unclear. we didn't realize that the complimentary breakfast was continental only until we arrived. it was a comfortable stay with a few areas for improvement.
